Give your project a clean-cut architrave free edge with the EzyJamb® Single Rebate door frame (SRC). The EzyJamb SRC allows the door to sit flush from the side of the door that houses the hinges, with a single rebate on the other side. The SRC is Australia’s most popular EzyJamb.
The premium design of the EzyJamb SRC provides a smooth transition from one side of the door jamb allowing a minimalistic sophistication in apartments, homes and commercial buildings.

EzyJamb SRC is screw fixed to the jamb studs and header with flat headed screws (through the perforated sides) every 200mm into the wall stud, double screws in top corners and on hinges points, becoming a solid part of the wall structure.
EzyJamb® SRC is rebated on only one side of the door stop for a clean, architrave-free transition. Like other EzyJamb profiles, the system eliminates architraves, giving you that subtle, contemporary, clean line look. EzyJamb SRC is at home in commercial offices and showrooms, quality homes and public spaces like hospitals and schools.

EzyJamb is fitted after the plaster lining has been installed, and has 35mm perforated sides for flush finishing with top coat into the walls, achieving clean architrave free lines around the doorway.
EZ Concept products are manufactured from zinc annealed steel and meet the finished surfaces standard AS/NZS 2311:2009 to ensure it can be painted immediately with standard wall paints, without any special preparation, so long as it is free of dust, dirt and oil.
Yes, architraves can be fitted, but the EzyJamb SRC concept is designed to create an ‘architrave-free’ opening.

Yes, EzyJamb SRC can be used with a solid core door. You will need to make sure that you are using the correct hinge and quantity to accommodate the door weight, making sure the hinge screws penetrate through to the timber stud behind the jamb, so that the weight of the door is swinging off the stud, and not off the EzyJamb.
Plaster around the edges of the EzyJamb SRC will not crack if the EzyJamb is installed according to the installation guide — i.e. must be screwed off every 200mm and double screwed at the hinge points and top corners. EzyJamb then becomes an integral part of the wall.
Yes, EzyJamb SRC can be customised to suit full height, floor to ceiling doors which do not require a header.

EzyJamb SRC is now compatible with electric strikes. When you need to accommodate an electric strike in a frameless door jamb, without sacrificing a seamless design, specify EzyJamb.
KEY INFORMATION
- Door Thickness: min 38 – max 57mm.
- Suitable for non-fire rated applications.
- Electric strike is not included with EzyJamb order.
- The EzyJamb cut-out and bracket dimensions are to suit Lockwood ES200/ES2000 and Dormakaba KES200Z/KES2200 electric strikes, and equivalent.
