A decade after CBS abandoned its 4.7-acre site, Columbia Square leads Hollywood’s revitalization on Sunset Boulevard.
The buildings feature a 22-story residential tower with 200 apartments, 33,000 square feet of retail space, three renovated historic structures, two new office buildings totalling more than 330,000 square feet of space, and four and a half levels of underground parking.

Surrounding the buildings of Columbia Square is a series of lush gardens and courtyards to help guests and visitors navigate the massive grounds.
GBD Architects wanted a flush look with no casing around door openings to match the modern design features of the interiors. After contacting Studco® for a design solution that could accommodate this look for the large scale of this project, GBD Architects specified EzyJamb® Classic Adjust (EZC) door frames for all interior openings of the condos.
