Designed by Architects DKO Architecture and Developers Caydon Property Group, the apartment building was constructed using Studco® steel framing systems and boasts sophisticated modern interiors with high-end quality finishes, made possible by EZ Concept’s range of architectural finishing systems.

Studco steel was used throughout the walls and ceilings of the 409 apartments, spanning over 22 floors. Studco worked closely with builders Icon Co and contractors I&K Interiors during the project to ensure the build went as smoothly as possible.
Studco’s technical team collaborated with I&K Interiors to overcome the challenges of the build by design engineering external walls to withstand the high northerly winds and were on hand to answer any queries during installation. The Studco logistics and customer service teams were in constant communication during
the build process to navigate around the difficult site access conditions and timeframe pressures, to ensure delivery requirements were met.
