The Surf Club is situated on nine acres of oceanfront gardens, palm stands, and pathways in Florida on the northern tip of Miami beach. The mixed-use development includes an 80-room hotel, two 12-story residential towers, a private club, two restaurants, four swimming pools, cabanas, a gym, oceanside gardens, and a park.
The design preserves the original surf club building that was completed by Russell Pancoast and is designed to maximize the views of the Atlantic Ocean, the beach to the East, and the skyline of downtown Miami to the West.
With interiors and finishes by Architect, Richard Meier, all the homes have a special attention to detail with Ceilings reaching heights of 20 feet to ensure that each residence is brightly and naturally illuminated.
EzyJamb® single rebated door frames (SRC) were the ideal solution for entry doors and answered the Architect’s brief to have cladding on the corridor side of the door frame. The flush fitment of the EzyJamb SRC allowed for the cladding to be applied seamlessly for a flush finish.
